Is the result my photo, or a new image?

Accepted Answer

It is a new image. The model re-renders your product into the new scene rather than cutting it out of your original pixels, which is what lets the light, the shadow and any reflection actually match the setting. It also means the model can alter small details - text on packaging, a logo, fine stitching or a repeating pattern are the usual ones. Check the result before you publish, and use "Generate again" if something is not right: each run is a fresh sample, and a detail that came out wrong in one often comes out right in the next.

What does adding a scene photo do?

It tells the tool to match a background instead of picking one. Upload a photo of the setting you want - a shot you have already taken, or an earlier result from this tool - and choose how closely to follow it: the same setting, the same setting from a different angle, or a new scene inspired by its mood and materials. That is what makes a set of listings look like one shoot rather than twelve different ones. It never copies the product out of that photo, and it does not change the price.

What kind of product photo works best?

One product, in focus, filling a good part of the frame, on as plain a background as you have. The model has to erase whatever is behind your product as well as build the new scene, so a shot on a cluttered desk is harder than the same shot on a table. If your photo has a busy background, running it through Remove Backgrounds first and uploading the cutout gives a noticeably cleaner result. Glass, chrome, mirrors and jewellery are the hard case for every tool of this kind, because the background has to appear both through and in the product.

Why does it ask how big the product is?

Accepted Answer

Because a photograph does not say. Without it a mug gets rendered the size of a bowl, a ring the size of a bangle, and the camera ends up at the wrong height. The size chips alone fix most of it; the exact measurements are there if you want the props and the perspective to be right. Everything in that section is optional - photos alone will work.

What size will the finished image be?

Choose up to 1K for one credit, up to 2K for two, or up to 4K for four. The limit applies to the longer edge. If you pick a shape - square, portrait, wide - the finished photo comes back in that shape. "Match my photo" keeps the proportions of what you uploaded, or as close to them as the model can produce: it works to a set of standard shapes, so an unusual crop comes back as the nearest one rather than exactly as it went in. A photo smaller than the size you chose is not enlarged, and the tier you selected is still what is charged.

Do the results carry an AI watermark?

They may. Some AI models and providers embed invisible watermarks or other provenance signals in generated images. These are typically not visible and do not affect how the image looks or prints, but compatible detection tools may be able to identify them.

What happens if it fails?

Accepted Answer

You are not charged. Credits are reserved when the job starts and only taken when an image is actually delivered, so a model that fails or returns something unusable returns the reservation to your balance in full.

Question 8

What happens to my photos?

Accepted Answer

Your images are uploaded to our storage, processed on our servers, and handed to the model. The files are deleted four hours after you download them, or within two days if you do not. We do not use your images to train anything, and they are not shared with anyone beyond the processing described here.

Why does this cost credits when your other image tools are free?

Accepted Answer

The free tools here run entirely inside your browser, so they cost us nothing to give away. This one sends your photo to an AI model that charges us per image, and charges more for a larger one - which is why the price follows the output size. Credits are pay-as-you-go with no subscription, and you are only charged for an image that comes back.
